The Sea of Ill Intent is a sea inside the Barian World that detained Don Thousand as captive after his loss to battle to Astral thousands of years ago. Furthermore, when Mr. Heartland fell through a portal he ended up in Sea of Ill Intent imprisoned. Later on, Vector spun through the sea where Don Thousand is imprisoned and offered his life to Thousand in exchange for power to defeat Yuma and Astral releasing him from the sea. In possess, He revived Mr. Heartland to who transformed into bug.
